Schools Programme

Reaching every school. Inspiring every child.

What is the programme about?

Our schools work is the engine of everything we do. We currently work with 30 primary and secondary schools (18 primary, 12 secondary) across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire, delivering curriculum-linked coaching, festivals, competitions and personal development sessions. Our network of schools is not just a reach figure — it is the platform that enables us to identify talent, build relationships and create the progression opportunities that follow.

What we offer

  • Curriculum-linked coaching, tag rugby and contact rugby
  • Inter-school festivals, competitions and tournaments
  • Personal development, values and mentoring sessions
  • Clear progression routes into club rugby and Young Leaders
  • Coverage across 18 primary and 12 secondary schools

The benefits to you

  • Improves physical literacy and active participation
  • Builds confidence, teamwork and resilience
  • Creates visible progression routes into club rugby
  • Supports schools' PE and personal development curriculum
